Moving is about creating action in our lives. It balances the rest and stillness. Moving is not just in our bodies, but in our mind and in our hearts.
Move your body
Our bodies were made to move, yet most of us spend a big part of our day not moving. We can build endurance, strength, power, flexibility, balance or fine motor skills which help us thrive and feel better in all that we do. They all require practice and purpose to keep growing. They don't necessarily require a gym either. Movement is most fulfilling when it also fuels your mind and soul.
Move your mind
Take a walk. Learn or read something new. Be present with someone. Do something creative or playful.
Move your heart and soul
Volunteer or give time to something you are passionate about. Love deeply. Give grace to someone. Create.
Move your whole self
Move with purpose in ways that bring all of you.
